1) I want (unless completely unreasonable to implement) to be able to dynamically be able to add options to a poll on the same screen that we create it on (even if not initially).

2) Comments should be deletable by an admin all the time.

3) This will all be database backed. Ideally I want to pick whichever one is most common for that framework at least approximately.</description>
